Here at Regent Equestrian we value our customers satisfaction and do our best to provide you with the highest of quality products and service.

With the exception of Pre-Order products orders will be sent either the same or next business day, Within Australia please allow 3-7 Business days depending on which state you are in. Your tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. Due to high demand during the COVID-19 Pandemic shipping may be delayed. 

Overseas Shipping will be calculated upon check out.

Returns: We recommend trying your order on immediately after arrival. If the order requires to be exchanged for another size, Please return within 7 days in original packaging and condition. After 7 days we are unable to Return. 

Exchanges: No Exchanges will be given, If you have ordered the wrong size or colour please return your item within 7 days of arrival in unused condition, once the item has been received we will give a store credit to purchase the new sizing or colour needed. 

No refunds will be given, store credit only. 

*Store credit will expire 6 months after issue date 

If return postage is required, it is at the buyers expense and is strongly advised to use a tracking parcel as Regent Equestrian accepts no responsibility for lost post.
