Except for Pre-Order products orders will be sent either the same or next business day.

Within Australia please allow 3-7 Business days depending on which state you are in. Your tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. 

Overseas Shipping will be calculated upon check out.

Returns & Store Credit

We want you to be happy with your Regent Equestrian products, so we recommend trying everything on as soon as your order arrives.

If something isn’t quite right in size or colour on a full-priced item, you’re welcome to return it for a store credit, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

  • Full-priced items only – sale and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • No refunds are given – store credit only.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

How returns work

  • Regent Equestrian does not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you’ve ordered the wrong size or colour, please return the item within 7 days.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a store credit, which you can use to purchase the correct size or colour.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Return postage

  • Return postage is at the buyer’s expense.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as Regent Equestrian cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

Colour variations

Please note there can occasionally be slight colour variances between dye lots. This is a normal part of the manufacturing process, and Regent Equestrian does not accept responsibility for these minor differences.
